Observation: No bleach sanitizer available on site; no bleach to make sanitizer. Owner has been using bathroom cleaner.
Corrective Action(s): Absolutely no cutting of vegetables or preparation of foods (including rebagging chicken from Wingtat) until sanitizer is purchased. Owner states he only cuts zucchini for customers. Do not use bathroom cleaner.

- owner stated the chicken is from Wingtat and he repackages it for easier storage - discontinue this practice until sanitizer is available
- no food in bathroom

- any fruit and vegetable that has been cut (not whole) must be stored in cooler
