Follow up inspection conducted:
-Fumehood is clean, sanitation greatly improved
-3 compartment sink method being used: 1st compartment filled with soap and water, 3rd compartment filled with bleach and water at 100 ppm chlorine residual
Owner discussed opening the adjacent unit (where the seating is) by January 15th. Inspection to be conducted prior to opening.
