Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # SDHI-CEHVX3 of May-17-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Ice machine observed with food debris build up. Ice machine was turned off during time of inspection. Operator advised to purchase bagged ice from approved source for meantime for consumption purposes. Correction: Clean and sanitize ice machine with 100 ppm chlorine as per manufacturer instructions. Ensure ice machine is cleaned and sanitized more frequently to prevent mold/food debris build up. Follow-up Inspection Conducted Observations: - Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - General sanitation of premise has improved in the areas mentioned in Report #SDHI-CEHVX3 - Ice machine observed in a clean and sanitary manner - Ice machine was turned back on during time of inspection - Front door observed closed during inspection - No signs of pests observed during inspection - Temperature log template was provided to operator during inspection.
