Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 0 ppm chlorine sanitizer was measured in the spray bottle.
Corrective Action(s): Change the bleach water in the spray bottle throughout the week to maintain 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer. Re-sanitize prep. surfaces.

Comments

Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Prep. cooler and upright cooler were 4 degrees C / 40 degrees F or less.
Cooler containing pop and raw produce was above 4 degrees C. Do not store any potentially hazardous food inside this cooler.
Freezers were -18 degrees C or less.
Hot-held rice was 60 degrees C or hotter.
Dishwasher final rinse chlorine residual was at least 50 ppm at the plate.
Ice machine was in a clean condition.
No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.

NOTE: It was discussed that FOODSAFE Level 1 certificates issued prior to July 29, 2013 expire July 29, 2018. Ensure that the operator and one staff member in the absence of the operator maintains valid FOODSAFE training.
