Observation: Ice machine has visible molds and debris.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and sanitize unit. All ice was removed and operator called a cleaning and service company to come in today to clean it professionally.

302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Dishwasher contained 0 PPM chlorine residual at the plate surface. Unit was primed and still no sanitzer dispensing from unit.
Corrective Action(s): Repair so that there is a 50-100 PPM chlorine residual at the plate surface. Operator called in the dishwasher serviceman at time of inspection. Do not do any dishes until it is repaired. Monitor daily to ensure that it is functioning properly.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw meats were being found stored directly above or on ready to eat foods.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all raw meats are stored separate from ready to eat foods. Recommend having one fridge designated for raw meats and eggs.
