Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Stains and mildew observed on the water tray inside the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the interior of the ice machine. Discard the current batch of ice and the first batch after sanitizing.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glass washer dispensed 0 ppm chlorine sanitizer at the plate level. The sanitizer line under the washer was empty.
Corrective Action(s): Set up manual dishwashing for all the glasses. Clean and sanitize all utensils and glasses manually in the meantime.
