Observation: Ice nozzle area on new combined Pepsi/Coca-Cola machine has some mould growth.
Corrective Action(s): Staff are responsible for cleaning the nozzle itself, and machine technician is responsible for parts inside machine. Consult with technician on how to keep this area clean and sanitary between visits, or have the technician visit more often.

1) Front handwashing station does not have cold water.
2) Chicken room handwashing station contains hose for boiling out fryer oil
3) Handwashing station near three compartment sink has warewashing gloves and other items in basin.
Correction:
1) Staff stated repair ticket has been submitted for repair already. Technician to come approximately next week.

CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION:
2) Hose for boiling out fryer oil removed and placed in warewashing sinks.
3) Handwashing basin cleared.
