-Handwash station adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory.
-Back storage area satisfactory. Front area satisfactory.
-Bleach available for manual dishwashing.
-100-200ppm chlorine solution in use for disinfection of prep surfaces.
-Washroom handsink satisfactory.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.

Facility under deep cleaning at the time of inspection. Everything in back area being pulled out for cleaning. No production occurring at this time.
Ensure all prep surfaces are sanitized prior to initiating any food prep today. Inside of coolers/freezers to be cleaned as well.
