Kitchen renovations are slowly happening, new commercial dishwasher has been installed, rinse temperature reached 71.3C at the dish surface. Sink beside dishwasher has been removed. Discussed with operator that the sink must be replaced with a minimum 2 compartment sink.
Kitchen is currently not in operation for lunch program as it is on an indefinite hiatus however operator indicated that they would like to keep the health operating permit.

note: minor rodent activity noted in lower level shelves under the microwave and around the stove as well as in the emergency exit area storage room. Pest control services the unit monthly. Follow all recommendations of the pest control service. |
