Health permit posted in prominent location. Hand wash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. Temperature requirements (cold-holding, hot-holding, freezing) were being met. Temperature log was well maintained. High temperature dishwasher reached 77 deg C (at the plate). Sanitizer measured 200 ppm (quats). General sanitation was satisfactory at time of visit. Pest control active Staff and customers' washrooms were in sanitary condition. Manager and staff have valid Food Safe 1 certification. -copies (staff) available on-site.
