Introduction

An unannounced follow-up inspection was completed today. The inspection is in response to contraventions identified at the routine inspection #CLAN-CNUP28

Observed Violations
RECORDS AND REPORTING: 19090 - CCLR s.57(2)(c) - A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.
Observation: The attendance records were reviewed for the month of March. Five departure times were missing. This was not corrected by the date specified on the routine inspection. This is a repeat inspection from routine inspection # CLAN-CNUP28
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure attendance records are complete.

Comments

At the inspection dated March 28, 2023 there were 7 children, one practicum student and the Licensee was present. At this inspection the above noted repeat contravention was identified. Please correct the above noted contravention by March 30, 2023, unless otherwise specified in the report. Please submit a written response to Licensing by May 25, 2022 stating how you have corrected the above noted contraventions. A follow up inspection is required and will be completed at a later date.
