On Follow-Up: -Cleaning issues have been addressed. -Foods were being thawed under running water. Outstanding items: -A screen door had been propped up at the back door entrance. This is NOT acceptable. The door must be mounted and open freely. You have till May 11th to get this done. -Half the back counter's been cleaned off. Move the remaining items to the other counter. The counter next to the chopping block is to be kept clear for food prep at all times. (DONE DURING INSPECTION)
