During the inspection the facility manager provided details on the steps taken to increase monitoring of added health and hygiene measures.
In practicing Covid-19 precautions the inspection report was completed off site with arrangements made for delivery, therefore unsigned.
At the inspection dated Oct 20, 2020 there were 10 children in the care of the Licensee. At this inspection no contraventions were identified however as captured within the Infection Control Assessment the Licensee was requested to complete the following:
Post signage outside the facility to remind other not to enter if they are sick
Develop a daily wellness screening process
Worksafe plan to be created and posted within the facility.
Additionally discussed the current system of storing children's belongings and creating a larger space for this to take place.
Reviewed schedule providing feedback on reducing times where all children would line up to wash hands or gather together by staggering routines.
As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
