Follow-up Inspection: QUAT sanitizer was being changed at the time of inspection. Ensure sanitizer pails are changed every half hour or when the concentration is no longer 200 ppm (whichever happens first). General cleanliness has improved especially in the following areas: - Under every espresso machine - Under equipment - Hard to reach areas Continue with the cleaning and follow your sanitation plan for daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal cleaning. Ensure to monitor and clean hard to reach areas as well.
