Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
All cooler units at 4C and equipped with thermometers.
Freezer units at -15C.
Hot holding of foods were at least 60C.
No pest activity noted
General sanitation satisfactory
Quats dispenser at 200ppm
High temperature dishwasher achieved a final rinse temperature of 74C at plate level.
Temperature recorded daily for cooler units and dishwasher.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered.
