Routine inspection conducted: - Cooler at 2 degrees C - Freezer compartment at -16 degrees C (Note: surface temperature of food measured; thermometer located within unit reads -20 degrees C) - Beverage cooler is used only for beverages that do not require refrigeration (e.g. bottled pop) - No hot holding observed at time of inspection - Thermometers available for cold holding units. - Probe thermometer available for internal food temperature checks. - Hand sink is accessible supplied with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. - 3-compartment sink supplied with hot and cold running water and 3 sink plugs.
