Observation: Areas of the food premises that could benefit from more cleaning and where food debris or other noted:
-Men's washroom and mop sink area. Due to floor contour mop water tends to migrate into corners of mop sink room and men's employee washroom. Sludgy build-up noted along grout work in these two areas;
-Corners of hard to reach areas and beside or behind some equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Target mop room and men's washroom with increased cleaning (and drying with dry mop) to combat water pooling events. Actively spray with chemicals to kill the biomat formations in the grout work. Probably needs to be done daily.
