Follow up inspection to report# DSOG-AWEU4M:

- All hot potentially hazardous food items hot held at > 60C at the buffet station. Keep monitoring the hot holding units and ensure that all units are > or = 60C.
- Cold PHFs (macaroni salad, yogurt) stored at < 4C in the cold refrigerated unit in the buffet station. Keep monitoring the unit to ensure temperature is < 4C.
- The main handwashing station is supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- All refrigeration units are equipped with working thermometers.
- Temperature logs were kept on site and maintained up to date.
- Most food items are stored covered with plastic wraps or lids inside the walk in cooler, coolers, and on prep tables.
- Surface sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine solution in spray bottles.
