-Paper towel liquid soap hot and cold water are available at hand washing sink -Coolers (display, under counter...) temp <4 oC - walk in freezer </=-18C - Quats spray bottles are present and contain 200ppm - bleach present on for manual ware washing tested at 100ppm chlorine residual. Please send a report re: correction to the noted violation via email to the area inspector no later then Dec 29-2023 -Another visit will be conducted later.
