Wash & Rinse in left compartment, sanitize with diluted bleach (1/2 teaspoon bleach + 1 liter water) in right compartment --> full immerse of ware for at least 30 seconds for adequate contact time

Operator will need Chlorine Test Strips (range test between 0-200 ppm) for ensuring the sanitizer concentration is stronge enough

-Cappuchino Machine and coffee grinder installed
-Stainless standup fridge and freezer added in back storage along with dry storage multi-level racks
-roller mop available for floors -bathtub in use for disposal and refills

2-door display 3 deg C (sandwiches)
1-door display "True" not in use -for the ice cream sold in summer
1-door display "Coca Cola" 2 deg C
1-door stainless in back 2 deg C
mini-cooler in back for personal use
