Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A box of mouldy tomatoes and some mould affected lettuce was observed in the coolers.
Corrective Action(s): The above products were discarded at the time of inspection. Ensure to check all produce for spoilage and discard all spoiled or mouldy produce immediately.
