Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # CHAS-C6MSNR of Sep-07-2021 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Less than 200ppm quats was detected in the sanitizer in the spray bottle and the wall mounted unit in the kitchen. No test strips available. Correction: Service the dispenser unit. Provide with test strips.

Follow up inspection: The refrigerated sandwich prep table has been serviced and is now working (4C and below). Sanitizer dispenser has been serviced. Check with test strips daily. Dilute if too strong (greater than 200ppm) and service the unit. If too weak (less than 200ppm) service the unit. Thermometer is available and temperature record sheet is being maintained. Do not carry out construction/renovation until health approval is obtained. Submit plans for review. Supervisor and another staff are FoodSafe certified. Another staff has started the course.
