- Checked with staff on what is the current procedures when using cooler drawers.
>>> Staff puts food at noon and empties at around 2pm.
>>> Similar procedure is done for dinner
>>> Please closely monitor coolers and log temperatures.
>>> Drawer temperature fluctuate a lot. At time of inspection, only top right drawer maintaining temperature of 4C or below. The other 3 drawers are not.
>>> Please have technician service all the coolers drawers.
>>> Please email EHO when coolers are fixed.
