Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At time of inspection facility had no food grade sanitizer on site (scented lemon bleach only).
In additition, a rinse aid was getting used instead of a sanitizer for dish rinsing
Corrective Action(s): 1) Always use unscented, regular bleach for sanitizing
2) Sanitizer MUST be used on all food contact surfaces and counter to destroy pathogens. Rinse aid can be used in addition to the wash, rinse, sanitize steps, but CANNOT replace a 2 min sanitizer soak.
Remember to never mix chemicals!
