Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Walk-in cooler and left hand prep cooler was < 4 C.
Walk-in freezer was at -18 C.
Quats solution from the dispenser was at 200 ppm
No evidence of pests.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
