Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Potentially hazardous food items (e.g. sausage, cheese) stored within under counter cooler were measured at an internal food temperature of 6 to 7 degrees C at time of inspection. Ambient temperature of under counter cooler was measured at 7 to 8 degrees C (lowest temperature measured).
Corrective Action(s): Potentially hazardous food items relocated to a cooler at 4 degrees C or less at time of inspection. Ensure that no potentially hazardous foods are stored in this cooler until it is capable of maintaining foods at 4 degrees C or less.

- Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C
- Sandwich table at 3 to 5 degrees C. Sandwich table closed when not in use.
- Beverage cooler at 1 degree C
- Walk in freezer at -19 degrees C
- Hot holding internal food temperatures (soups, meatballs) at 60 degrees C or more
- Food is covered and stored off the floor
- Equipment / utensils maintained in sanitary condition
- Three sink plugs available for manual ware washing sinks
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available at 200 ppm in bucket with wiping cloths, in labeled spray bottle, and from dispenser
- Hand washing station is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Washroom maintained in clean condition, washroom hand sink adequately supplied
- No signs of pest activity were observed at the time of inspection
- Temperature records are up-to-date.
