- Routine inspection of church kitchen - Hot + cold running water supplied to 3 compartment sink and handsink - Liquid soap + paper towel present at handsink - Fridges were operating at 4C or colder and equipped with thermometers - Freezers were maintaining products in a frozen state - High temp dishwasher operational and met required temperature to sanitize dishes. Final rinse 79.8C at dish surface. - Bleach sanitizer solution (200ppm chlorine) present - Kitchen and equipment maintained in sanitary condition.
