Ensure to level up the pest control measures; spray treatment to be done. Contain/ protect all food items before the treatment process. Ensure to deep clean the whole facility after the treatment is done. Do not operate during the treatment process and until the proper cleaning has been done afterwards. Operator in agreement. - Handsinks are fully equipped. - All coolers at 4C or below. - Freezers at -13C to - 15C. - Bleach available for manual dishwashing method. Bleach sanitizer observed in the 2nd sink- measured at 100ppm. - Bleach sanitizer available in buckets - measured at 200ppm. - Operator foodsafe level 1 certificate valid. Overall improvement in sanitation observed. Operator to continue to maintain the cleanliness. However, pest issue is still present; spray treatment to be done to eliminate harborage sites. Email the undersigned with the report once the spray treatment has been done.
