Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 0 ppm chlorine in the sanitizer pail at the time of inspection. Operator refilled sanitizer pail with fresh sanitizer to measure at 200 ppm chlorine. Ensure to exchange sanitizer in the sanitizer pails every 4 hours.
