Owner said he uses the hot plate to reheat cans of sauce/soup (>170F), cools food, label and store in cooler for resale. Corrective Action(s): Reviewed last inspection report to confirm that health approval not granted to use hot plate. Please submit floor plans, food safety and sanitation plans to health department for review. Please refrain from using the hot plate until health approval granted. Violation Score: 3
