Comments

* The sanitizer dispenser at the third sink not working properly-tested 50 ppm at the time of inspection. Re-calibrate the dispensers so that both dispensers
are dispensing quats sanitizer at 200 ppm.
* No logs are available for monitoring sanitizer concentration. Ensure to test and record the Quats sanitizer once a day.
* Ensure to cook and hot hold the soups in different warmer units (ASAP).
* Ensure sanitizer buckets are changed when they become soiled or at least every 2 hours.
Walk-in freezer below -18 degrees C.
Upright cooler below 4 degrees C.
Hot holding of soups, potato wedges and chicken registered above 60 degrees C.
Temperature logs are up to date.
Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
