Premise is clean and organized. No sign of pests. All fridges <4 Celsius. Hand sinks are stocked and working. Dishwasher reached 75 Celsius at plate level as per min/max thermometer. Reviewed blender sanitation procedures. Perishable display items are clearly labelled as "for display only."
