Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap in dispensers and paper towels in dispensers. Drive thru station has hand sanitizer (no food handling). Staff washroom well supplied for hand hygiene. Coolers <4C. Freezers <-18C. Hot holding equipment foods at various stations >60C. Dishwasher >71C. Sanitizer buckets at various stations >200ppm (around 600ppm). No signs of pests at the time of inspection, traps are in place at labelled locations throughout the facility. Regular cleaning schedule maintained in kitchen and dining areas. Equipment is well maintained and in good repair. Discussed renovations plans - possibly needing closure during renovations as front end prep area will be affected.
