Observation: Several knives were stored on top of soiled paper towels in a container. Ensure to properly air dry these knives prior to putting them in storage containers.
A couple of boxes of seaweed felt sticky to the touch and had food debris on them.
Corrective Action(s): Rewash all the knives and storage container, air dry, then put them into storage. Discard the soiled paper towel.
Clean and sanitize the outside of the seaweed boxes.

Observation: Repeated violation: Unfinished open space under food prep table with pipes, tubes and bait station that is not easily cleanable.
Corrective Action(s): Install proper guard below food prep table to prevent entrance of pests through the space.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cardboard boxes used to store containers of seaweed and appeared soiled. Box was discarded by manager.

-General organization okay.
-Handwashing station had hot and cold running water, paper towels and liquid hand soap.
-Quats sanitizer available at 200ppm.
-Sliding door cooler at <4C (Mayo at 3.6C)
-Dry foods in container with lid.
-Display cooler at front at 4C or below (top 2C, bottome 4C)
-Walk-in freezer in the Meat Department at -16C
-Walk-in cooler in Meat Department at 2C.
-Hours of operation around 8-12pm (no staff was present).
-Temperature monitoring logs available.
-No evidence of pests, except the rodent bait station found underneath the prep table.
-No hot foods noted. No rice stored at room temperature found.
