Observation: One of two ware washing sink drain plugs observed on site appears to be broken. When liquid was added to sink compartment with drain plug in place, liquid was observed to be draining very slowly.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure three functional drain plugs are available that are capable of completely stopping liquid in order to facilitate proper manual ware washing. Date to be corrected by: Today.
