Routine inspection:

Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
3 compartment sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats dispensed from the chemical dispensing station at the 3 compartment sink.
200ppm quats available for use in container. Wiping cloth stored in solution when not in use.
New green container "sani station" installed for quick disinfection using 100ppm chlorine of knives to cut prepared subs. Knives once soaked are then stored in separate compartment to air dry.
Hot holding at or above 60 degrees C.
Under the counter cooler at 2-3 degrees C.
Preparation cooler with inserts at or below 4 degrees C.
Walk in cooler at 2 degrees C.
Walk in freezer at -13 degrees C. Staff advised that there was recent delivery of food products.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review.
