Observation: Food in walk-in cooler measured at 8-10 C, limited number of Milk, cream and delli meat are stored in the cooler. Milk measured at 6C and moved to under the counter coolers. Meat is Prepackaged and is at 8C They are moved to different cooler at the time of inspection.
Correction: Do not store any potentially hazardous food until the cooler is repaired. Utilize all other under the counter coolers to store perishables.

Walk in cooler is functional. Food temperature inside the walk-in cooler measured at 3.2C at the time of inspection.
Temperature monitoring log has been created for the walk-in cooler. Cooler temp. was monitored and logged.
