Observation: Significant build up of dirt on ceiling tiles throughout the kitchen, especially above the dishwasher.

Observation: The door at the upright cooler is loose, not fully sealing the upright cooler. The ambient temperature of the upright cooler is measured at 5C.
Corrective Action(s): Fix the door. The doors must fully seal the cooler to prevent temperature fluctuation.

- General sanitation needs improvement.
- All handwashing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in dispensers.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.1C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Glasswasher dispensed 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Surface sanitizer stored in designated bins throughout the kitchen at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Better organization is required.
- A professional pest control company inspects the premises on a monthly basis. Submit the three latest pest control summary reports to the health inspector.
- FOODSAFE level 1 trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- Operating Permit posted with a valid decal.
- Live fish tanks appear to be in sanitary condition.
- Washrooms in sanitary condition.
