Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. Hot holding units were > 60 C. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Bleach was at 100 ppm in the 2- compartment sink and at the spray bottle. No evidence of pests. General sanitation was satisfactory.
