Comments

A routine inspection was completed, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; walk-in-freezer was -24C; hot holding units above 60C; thermometers present and temperature recorded daily. - High temperature dishwasher had a rinse cycle temperature of 78.5C at the plate's surface, as per max/min thermometer. - Handwashing sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottle, and 2-comp sink for manual warewashing had 200ppm strength. Test strips present. - Foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; foods stored in groups with raw proteins separate and below RTE foods; and foods stored 6" off the floor on racks and platforms. - General sanitation level is good. - Exhaust canopy was professionally cleaned in October 2023, next service due in April 2024. Staff are cleaning the filters and hood between professional cleaning. Good. - No signs of pests. A professional pest company is contracted to monitor and eliminate any pests. - Valid FoodSafe certified staff present. - Pipe under the 2-comp sink is no longer leaking. - All in order.
