Programming is posted and available for parent review via notice boards and calendars.
Licensing observed Staff engaged with children during welcoming into the program and throughout the program. Staff attended to children's individual needs appropriately and with respect.
Licensing observed the children in free play activities and engaged in a circle time which involved singing and movement. This was followed by an art activity during free choice activities of manipulative skills equipment, small world play and puzzles and a rice table. Children understood the concept of how many children were able to use each activity at a time.
Licensing observed that children were instructed in proper hygiene practices when using the bathroom.

Discussions with the Manager:-
- Licensing reviewed the emergency supplies with the Manager and noted that it contained items that had expired. Licensing recommends reviewing emergency supplies on a regular basis.
- Licensing observed a warm up song during circle which encouraged movement from the children and discussed physical literacy concepts with the Manager.
- Licensing recommends the use of the minor incident log book on a more regular basis. Licensing observed that no entries have been made in the book since January 2016.

There were no safety concerns noted at today's inspection.
