Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bucket of Quats sanitizer was left in the bar handsink. No soap for bar handsink.
Corrective Action(s): Directed staff to relocate the bucket of sanitizer as all handwash stations must be unblocked and accessible at all times. Obtain handsoap.

304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Mice droppings found under pizza prep table, behind dough mixer, under dishwashing sinks and by the grease trap. Fruit flies noted in the bar area (around draft beer tap and underneath the counter where recycling bottles are collected).
Corrective Action(s): Please remove the droppings, clean and sanitize the noted areas. Hole identified on the report (wall behind dough mixer) has been sealed by steel wool only and is clearly inadequate as there is still pest activity. Find a more permanent solution to seal the hole and identify any other pest entry points and seal those as well. Floor cleaning should occur daily to monitor for pest activity. Increase cleaning in the bar to deter pest activity, change the vinegar solution placed as it appears to be old (cup was stuck to the table, murky solution in cup). Complete by follow up inspection.

Observation: Food debris noted under prep table perpendicular to pizza oven (several pizza pans have fallen under), behind dough mixer and under dishwasher. Bar counter and back area (several boxes, glasses, broken equipment etc.) also collected which are not used for business.
Corrective Action(s): Please do a deep clean by removing all equipment and sanitize all surfaces (underneath and on counters). Discard all items not required for operating the restaurant. Complete by follow up inspection.
