A small kitchenette has been installed with a refrigerator and a two compartment sink. Prepackaged sandwiches in single use containers from another facility are currently being served here. Corrective Action(s): -Submit new floor plans, an updated business plan and an updated menu with a Food Safety Plan within one month. -An updated application will need to be completed to restrict food service to pre-packaged items prepared in approved facilities. -Ensure that Iodine test strips are available for the glasswasher by Friday. The setup in the bar has not changed. Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. No evidence of pests. General sanitation was satisfactory.
