Note: An under counter cooler with display case on the top are empty and turned off at the time of inspection.
- Dairy dispensers were at 1.2 C and 2.8 C.
- Hot holding units greater than 60 C.
- Temperatures are checked and recorded throughout the day.
- 3-compartment sink Quats sanitizer at 200 ppm.
- Quats sanitizer pails at 200 ppm at the time of inspection.
- General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
- Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
