Food products not found double stacked as per last inspection, however many foods in numerous coolers found without lids.
Use a food grade lid/ wrap for all products to minimize their risk of contamination
Standing 1 door cooler found at 2C
Drinks cooler (front) measured 5C
As noted above, prep cooler malfunctioning
Temperature records on site and accurate. USE THEM! Ensure staff know when to notify management for incorrect temperatures.
Please include your daily dishwasher rinse temperature to ensure proper sanitizing cycle.
