Glasswasher measured <50 ppm chlorine at the glass surface
Ice machine found to have mildew growing in ice well.
Corrective Action(s): switched out sanitizer solution bottle and ran machine for 10 minutes. sanitizer measured >50 ppm chlorine at the glass surface.

Operator must have sanitizer test strips to check sanitizer concentration on a daily basis.

Clean and sanitize ice machine immediately
