Follow up inspection:

The affected areas with rodent droppings were cleaned.
Food and empty food containers were covered in storage areas. Open dry food was stored in pest-proof containers with tight fitting lids.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was set up in the bucket with wiping cloths.
The operator's son mentioned that all food contact surfaces were sanitized this morning again prior to beginning operation of food service.
A pest control report via ACE Pest Control Ltd was available with their last visit date being earlier this morning (October 18, 2016). Mechanical traps and rat/mice traps were set up. The operator's son mentioned that the pest control company will revisit soon to set up additional traps.
The backdoor was kept closed.
Extra items not required for business were removed from the premises.

The following is to be done:
1. Continue to monitor for signs of pest activity (e.g. rodent droppings, ripped packaging of food/gnaw marks, burrows, dead/live rodents, and holes in the building). Discard any contaminated/potentially contaminated food. Continue covering food and food contact surfaces. Rewash and sanitize food contact surfaces during the beginning of each day. Continue with the pest control program on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. Repair/replace the screen at the backdoor.
2. Obtain accurate thermometers for the two coolers without thermometers.

A follow up inspection will be conducted during the next two weeks.
