Comments

- Toppings stored in inserts of prep cooler were at or below 4C, lid was kept closed and inserts were only about 1/2 - 2/3 full. Good
- Food storage bins and lids have been cleaned, scoops no longer being stored inside bins. Good
- Leak under 3-compartment sink has been repaired
- Three compartment sink was not set up for dishwashing at time of inspection. Ensure that sanitizer solution is at a concentration of 100-200 ppm bleach when dishwashing is being done.
- Sanitizer solution was available in bucket at 200 ppm (bleach)
- General cleaning of floors has taken place, however ***floors underneath shelving and equipment in hard to reach areas still require deep cleaning.
- Staff still need to sign up for FOODSAFE level 1 course. Owner was on-site at time of inspection.
