All outstanding items from routine inspection dated July 18, 2022 have been corrected except for: - replacement of ceiling tiles and missing light cover in the back (3rd party company has been scheduled to address this) in the next few days This will checked for the next routine inspection. Temperature log now maintained. Spray bottles now labeled (extra labels available). Chef mentioned that they will also be using the new commissary kitchen in downtown Abbotsford.
