Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Grease, grime, dried meat bits were found on the meat slicer.
2. One clean knife was stored between the crevice of the sandwich cooler and the wall.
Two clean knives were stored between the crevice of the microwave and the shelf.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove all parts. Clean. Sanitize.
2. Do not store clean utensils between crevices. Ensure clean utensils are stored in a clean area.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Soap in the handwashing station in the kitchen was not being used as the soap container pumped black slimy soap.
Corrective Action(s): Wash hands with soap and water. Wipe hands with paper towel. Discard the paper towel.
